Our consignment process is simple and hassle-free. Once you've decided to consign your item with us, our team of experts will carefully evaluate its authenticity, condition, and marketability. We'll work closely with you to determine the optimal price that will attract potential buyers while ensuring you receive the maximum commission.

ATTENTION: Our new policy sets a maximum consignment price of $5,000 per item, aimed at simplifying operations and maintaining fair pricing practices.

Authentication Process

All items we bring in whether consigning or selling must be authenticated for proof of legitimacy for the sake of our customers.

We have two methods of authentication for handbags/accessories, depending on the item type/brand will determine which method needs to be used:

Our Entrupy method has a ($30.00 plus tax) fee per item and may take up to an hour to process.

Our Fashion Detective method is a ($20.00 plus tax) fee per item for a standard 24-48 hour authentication process. If you'd like an expedited option within 2 hours, the fee is ($40.00 plus tax) per item.

All high end jewelry must go through our testing process. Depending on the item, high-end jewelry is subject to be checked by our partnered jeweler.

At this time, we only accept high-heels in sizes EU38- EU41 that MUST have the original box included for consignment only. Other styles of shoes or sizes not listed above are ineligible for consignment/selling.

Once your item is listed on our platforms, our dedicated marketing team will showcase it to our extensive network of luxury enthusiasts and collectors. We'll leverage our online presence, social media channels, and targeted advertising to ensure maximum exposure for your item. Our goal is to connect your luxury item with the right buyer who will appreciate its value and be willing to pay top dollar.

If your item sells at our store front location in Lake Jackson, TX, you'll receive a generous 70% commission on the total amount it sells for.

If your item was purchased on any of our online platforms and must be shipped, you will receive a 60% commission for the total amount it was sold for.

The difference for these rates is to account for the fees/shipping costs for our online platforms. Each platform takes a different percentage depending on their fee requirements. If you are not interested in your item being listed on our website, you may opt out of that option when signing your contract and have your item listed as "In-Store Only".

Always feel assured that if our store or websites are ever promoting a sale, your items will be explicitly excluded. Your item sells for the price you set it for.

If your 90-day contract expires and your item has not sold, you may choose to lower the price and sign a new updated 90-day contract or pick up your item. If for any reason within your consignment term you'd like to pick your item up early, you are more than welcome to do so and will also go home with your authentication certificates.
